Kevin Thompson, the founder, instilled the importance of hard work and high standards in his family. Shanon Erbele is featured as a dynamic force in the operation. With a background in finance and technology, along with a CPA license, she manages both day-to-day ranch duties and major business functions. She juggles responsibilities including marketing, photography, sales, and buyer relationships. All this is accomplished while she raises six children(!) and remains active in her community, particularly through 4H and youth involvement.
